The story of Total Home Exteriors begins with Tim Marchbanks, founder and longtime owner. From a young age, Tim knew he wanted to own his own business. Throughout his summers, he worked for a local roofing company, where he developed a strong work ethic and mastered the trade. Over time, he became a highly skilled and experienced roofer.

In 1994, shortly after graduating high school, Tim achieved his dream of owning a roofing company. His business grew rapidly, and in 1999, he and his wife, Jenni, expanded the company and officially opened Total Home Exteriors, adding vinyl siding, windows, and gutters to their services. In 2016, the company continued to grow by expanding into deck and garage construction.

Tim’s son, Hunter, worked alongside him throughout high school and quickly developed a passion for the business. After graduating, Hunter earned his builder’s license and joined Total Home Exteriors full-time. In 2025, Tim transitioned into a sales role, and Hunter became the owner of Total Home Exteriors.

With years of hands-on experience and a strong eye for quality, Hunter continues to grow the company while staying true to the values it was built on. He believes in honest work, fair pricing, and never using high-pressure sales tactics—just delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable service customers can trust.
